DESCRIPTION:Have you ever thought to connect your business with a social mission you are passionate about?\n\n\n\nHistorically in the state of Utah people's only option has been to register a business as a Benefit Corporation (B Corp)\, but at the beginning of May the state of Utah will become the 4th state in the US to allow people to register their business as a Benefit Limited Liability Company (BLLC).\n\n\n\nP3 Utah is bringing the originator of benefit business law to Utah\, Bill Clark of Drinker Biddle\, and is collaborating with the Women's Business Center to host a panel where you will be given the chance to receive the answers to questions such as:\n\n\n	Which structure best helps YOUR BUSINESS make a better world?\n	How and when can you switch between entities?\n	How do changes in federal tax law impact your decisions?\n	How can the new federal Opportunity Zone program be tapped?\n\n\nThis is a unique opportunity:  give your questions a chance to find answers on how your business can be part of positive change our world needs.\n\n\n\nAbout the Panelists:\n\nBill Clark\, Drinker Biddle\, Benefit Law Originator\, Philadelphia\, Pennsylvania \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKeven Stratton\, Jr. Stratton Law Group\, Provo\, Utah       \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBrent Andrewsen\, Kirton McConkie\, Salt Lake City\, Utah        \n\n\n\n\n\nParking Instructions:\n\nIf you are driving\, park in the west side of the parking lot on the corner with 400 South and State Street.
