DESCRIPTION:One of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make is not creating a plan for how to manage all the working parts of their business. Great businesses are created by doing small and simple things consistently over time. In this workshop we'll show you under the hood of successful businesses and what it looks like to create an automated system to help keep your business on track using the #1 CRM for small business\, insightly. \n\nAbout the Presenter: Melissa Bamfo\n\nMelissa's background is in building client sales processes and customer fulfillment systems for organizations like Excel Entertainment\, Ogden City\, and Weber State University. She has since graduated from a corporate setting and now spends her time working with businesses across the country.  Since forming Business Made Simple with Erin\, they have consulted with over 100 small businesses from across the country to help them organize and systemize their day to day operations. They have worked with companies ranging from general contractors to caterers and marketing firms. In 2015 Melissa became a professor for an online accredited Masters in Business Operations program and will soon be a published co-author. She is also a sought after speaker and trainer. She has trained for companies such as Melaleuca\, Lifetime Products and MarketAmerica. Melissa is the mother of her beautiful daughter Lucy. She loves the outdoors and enjoys kayaking and hiking.\n\n\n\nParking Instructions:\n\nIf you are driving\, please park in the west side of the parking lot at the Chamber building. When you arrive\, proceed to the left/west (monthly and validated parking) area and take a ticket and pass through the yellow parking gate. We'll provide validations upstairs at the front desk.
