Attendees will receive a free template to use and the presenter will walk you through the content and structure\, and the art of creating a valuable document for your business.\n\n\n\nAbout the presenter\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMickey Adams Grames\n\nMickey Adams Grames recently retired as the Programs Manager for Utah Microenterprise Loan Fund.  Prior to that she spent 15 years as the founder and president of ML Adams & Associates\, a small business consulting firm based in Salt Lake City. She is frequently a guest speaker on small business topics at various conferences and on radio.\n\n \n\nMickey has worked with small business for over 30 years helping them implement successful business strategies and gain financing for their business including SBA loans\, angel financing and venture capital.\n\n \n\nHer early career includes management and executive positions for major corporations including Warnaco\, Inc.\, Black & Decker USA\, and Jiffy Lube International and Zions Bank.  She is currently a trustee on several non-profit and for profit boards.
