The ADA can raise a number of questions and concerns for your business\, come learn the realities and resources to help when you have ADA questions. \n\n\n\nRyan received his Bachelor's degree in Portuguese\, with a Minor in International Relations from Brigham Young University. Ryan attended law school at the University of Florida in Gainesville. During law school\, Ryan balanced his legal studies with his growing family (then at three children) and his legal work as an intern with the Office of the State Attorney and as a law clerk for a construction law litigation firm. \n\n\n\nAfter graduation\, Ryan's law practice encompassed a variety of areas\, but one of his significant achievements was an appeal to the Colorado Court of Appeals and later to the Colorado Supreme Court. His work researching\, drafting\, and arguing before the courts impacted Colorado law and resulted in two published opinions. \n\n\n\nIn 2010\, Ryan joined Employers Council and began working in the Colorado Springs office. Employers Council is a membership organization providing services to employers that include legal advice and representation\, HR advice and consultation\, training\, and survey data. \n\nSimilar to all Employers Council attorneys\, Ryan provides employers with consultative legal advice\, with a focus on strategic and practical solutions\, in a variety of areas of employment law and human resources. In 2015\, Ryan and family (now six children) moved back home to Salt Lake City to work in Employers Council's Utah office. In 2017\, Ryan became the Utah President of Employers Council.
