DESCRIPTION:The Women's Leadership Institute of Utah\, whose mission is to elevate the stature of women's leadership in business and politics\, is providing leadership development training at the highest levels.\n\n\n\nParticipants and Selection\n\nParticipants: The cohort will be limited to 30 individuals who are ready to move to the next level. This program is designed for women with upper management and leadership experience. Participants will most likely fall in one of two categories:\n\n  Established in the C-suite and looking for more leadership training\;\n\n  Established in senior leadership with the potential to move to the C-suite.\n\n \n\nThe Women's Leadership Institute focuses exclusively on the demands of upper level women leaders. As a result\, you can be assured that your fellow participants are familiar\, through comparable experience\, with your challenges and concerns   and that their suggestions and feedback are based on their real-world experiences.\n\n \n\n*Note: If your company is a member of the Salt Lake Chamber\, but you are having trouble registering\, it could be that we do not have your email in our system.
