The Women's Business Center of Utah is hosting Recipe for Success week\, aka Foodtrepreneur (x3!)\n\n \n\nTwo experts from the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food\n\nWe will be going over labeling and regulatory requirements for foods that are sold directly to the consumer and foods that are for wholesale. Here is your chance to know everything you need to know to successfully sell your food product to consumers.\n\n\n\n \n\nMeet the Panelists\n\n\n\nEric Taylor\n\nRetail Food Program Manager\n\nUtah Department of Agriculture and Food\n\nEric has been working as a health inspector for that last 5 years. He started out working for Maricopa County Environmental Services. After working there for 2 years he decided to move back to Utah and he accepted a temporary position with Davis County Health Department where he inspected temporary events and mass gatherings. Shortly after moving back to Utah he accepted the position he is currently in at the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food.\n\n\n\n\n\nRebecca Nielsen\n\nCottage Food/ Labeling Specialist\n\nUtah Department of Agriculture and Food\n\nRebecca Nielsen has been a compliance officer at the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food since March\, 2006\, and has been overseeing the Food Labeling program since approximately 2008.  She is originally from California\, where she attended UC San Diego for her Bachelor's degree and then received a Master's in Biology from Stanford University in 1997.
