He started out working for Maricopa County Environmental Services. After working there for 2 years he decided to move back to Utah and he accepted a temporary position with Davis County Health Department where he inspected temporary events and mass gatherings. Shortly after moving back to Utah he accepted the position he is currently in at the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food.\n\n\n\n\n\nRebecca Nielsen\n\nCottage Food/ Labeling Specialist\n\nUtah Department of Agriculture and Food\n\nRebecca Nielsen has been a compliance officer at the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food since March\, 2006\, and has been overseeing the Food Labeling program since approximately 2008.
