He helps small business and lenders in the Rocky Mountain Region to access SBA's export finance programs and provides counseling and training on trade finance topics. Patterson underwrites SBA Export Working Capital lines of credit. He holds a master's degree from the University of California\, San Diego. Patterson enjoys fishing with his wife and four children.\n\n\n\nBreanne White\, Presidential Management Fellow\, SBA\n\n\n\nBreanne White joined the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in Washington\, DC in September 2015 as a Presidential Management Fellow. She is currently stationed at the Utah District Office in Salt Lake City. Previously\, she worked in SBA's Office of International Trade in Washington\, DC\, where she coordinated with intergovernmental and private sector partners\, as well as foreign government officials\, on matters of small business international trade policy.\n\n\n\nPrior to joining the SBA\, Ms. White was a training strategy consultant at Grant Thornton\, LLP\, managing the training development strategy and program implementation for internally developed training programs in accounting\, auditing\, change management\, and human capital consulting.
