DESCRIPTION:SBA is launching the third year of InnovateHER\, a cash prize competition to showcase the most innovative products and services that impact and empower the lives of women and families\n\n \n\nChallenge Criteria\n\nApplicants do not need to be women-owned. Entrepreneurs need to showcase products and services that:\n\n	Have a measurable impact on the lives of women and families\n	Have the potential for commercialization\n	Fill a need in the marketplace \n\nAll entries must include:\n\n\n	Business plan (maximum length: 20 pages\, including attachments)\n	Short description of how business/ideas fits challenge criteria \n\n*Please submit entries to outreach@wbcutah.com by Friday\, May 26\, 2017\n\n \n\nSemi-Final Round\n\nOne local winner will be submitted to the semi-final round of the Challenge. The SBA will review the semi-finalist nomination packages and select up to 10 Finalists to be sent to the national finals\n\n \n\nNational Finals\n\nNational Finalists will present a live pitch to a panel of expert judges and compete for up to $70\,000 in cash prizes:\n\n1st Place - $40\,000\;\n\n2nd Place - $20\,000\; and\n\n3rd Place - $10\,000\n\n \n\nCompetition Timeline\n\nFriday\, May 19\, 2017: Submission deadline\n\nThursday\, June 1\, 2017: Live pitches in SLC\n\nFriday\, June 23\, 2017: Submission of local winner to semi-final round\n\nSeptember 2017: Final Round (Location: TBD)
