The Inclusive Leader inspires higher organizational performance\, greater innovation\, better cultures\, and more satisfied team members. Sara Jones will teach you the secrets of becoming an Inclusive Leader (vs an Exclusive Leader). You'll learn how to shift your mindset\, how to engage the talent around you\, and how to apply an inclusive lens to the work of building your team culture. This will be a highly interactive training\, come ready to learn. This training is for anyone seeking to build their leadership skills.  \n \n\nThis extended training will focus on executive leadership skills.  Executive leaders\, such as the CEO\, C-level team members and VPs\, have top level responsibility for driving culture of the organization. Sara was the CEO of ApplicantPro\, an HR tech company that provided applicant tracking\, background checks\, assessments and video interviewing. She is a co-Founder of Women Tech Council\, founded in 2007\, with a community of over 10\,000 women and men. She was the head of business development and partnerships at School Improvement Network\, which offered on-demand video training to educators. Sara started her career at Workman Nydegger as a patent attorney and partner. She has a degree from the University of Utah in chemical engineering and a law degree from BYU.
