DESCRIPTION:Session 2: Inclusive Leadership: How the Best Leaders Build Diverse and Winning Teams\n\nThursday\, October 1st\, 8:30-10:30 am MST (virtual leadership training)\n\n \n\nWe will build on the great foundation from Session 1.  The world has changed.  As our Spaces and workforces diversify\, our leadership skills need to evolve.  Leaders need new skills that inspire their current and future workforce.  Sara Jones\, CEO of  InclusionPro \, will train ULI Utah leaders on the art of inclusive leadership.  The inclusive leader inspires higher team performance\, greater innovation\, more equitable cultures\, and more engaged community partners.  This training session will have a specific focus on leadership mindset and communication skills.  This is a highly interactive training session\, please come prepared to fully engage in learning.\n\n \n\nWe cover:\n\n      Creating safe learning environments\n\n      Understanding the difference between diversity\, inclusion and equity\n\n      Considering our personal multidimensionality\n\n      Reframing historical systems of value\n\n      Communication skills for talking about diversity\, inclusion and equity
