With her deep knowledge of business operations\, and a passion to drive results\, Monnica brings a coaching perspective that very few can offer.\n\n\n\nDavid Blake\, Grand America Hotel & Resorts\n\nDavid was born in Los Angeles where he spent his days riding bicycles\, surfing and going to Dodgers games (Go Dodgers!). He has lived in Utah for over 17 years and his passion outside of work is riding his Harley Davidson Fat Boy and enjoying weekend getaways with his wife and three children. David graduated from the U of U with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Spanish. He also received his MBA from Northwest University and has over 18 years' experience working in human resources in a variety of industries. David's HR focuses are compensation and benefits\, HRIS systems\, and employee development but most of all\, connecting with people is what he loves about being an HR professional.
