Many of us desire to have more diverse and inclusive workplaces. How do we lead with inclusion so that we can meet the concerns that are being expressed in our workplaces? In this workshop\, we will learn how to transition from the traditional exclusive leader mindset and language to an inclusive leader mindset and language. The inclusive leader is able to empathize\, validate and adapt to the changing landscape of diversity in the workplace. This will be a highly interactive training\, come ready to learn. This training is for anyone seeking to build their leadership skills.\n\n\n\nThis 2-hour Zoom workshop will include highly interactive modules on:\n\n\n Creating safe learning environments\n Understanding the difference between diversity and inclusion\n Irrational fear and rational fear\n Mindset of an Inclusive Leader\n Language of an Inclusive Leader\n Applying Inclusive Leadership language in real world workplace scenarios\n Action planning on performance-driven inclusive behaviors\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout Our Speaker:\n\n\n\nSara Jones has coached\, keynoted\, and trained hundreds of executives nationally on leadership\, performance\, talent\, and growth strategies. She also innovates on talent technology. Sara was the CEO of ApplicantPro\, an HR tech company that provided applicant tracking\, background checks\, assessments and video interviewing. She is a co-Founder of Women Tech Council (www.womentechcouncil.com)\, founded in 2007\, with a community of over 10\,000 women and men. She was the head of business development and partnerships at School Improvement Network\, which offered on-demand video training to educators.
