Dr. Sara Reed has over 25 years of leadership, management, and leadership & organizational development experience. She is passionate about creating healthy work environments for positive communities and believes her purpose is to help individuals and organizations see and reach their potential. Sara has a wide variety of experience in many industries, including military, health care, construction, and higher education and has also served as a coach and consultant. She has extensive education in the areas of human resources, leadership development and organizational culture. Currently, Sara serves as Vice President, People & Talent at WGU.
