Business Women's Forum 2025: 7/29 Own Your Life, Own Your Career – The Unexpected Path to Your Career Success

Katy Blommer is the Founder of Women's Best Life University and a Vice President in banking at a large financial institution, where she has worked for 24 years. She started in banking doing customer service and worked her way up to the VP level, leading large teams. On her journey, she's learned how to be an excellent leader and coach and found her passion for coaching women in all aspects of their lives. She does this through her company group program called The Working Mom Happiness Method and her successful podcast of the same name. Katy was also named one of Utah Business's 30 Women to Watch in 2023! She lives in Farmington, Utah, with her husband and two boys, and she has spent the last 16 years learning how to create balance, maintain healthy habits, and design her best life as a working mom.
