You have a vision for your construction project, but development inherently comes with risk. Whether you are building new or renovating an existing structure, your level of success depends on your ability to minimize expenses without cutting corners. In today’s world of development, the first to be priced out are typically the energy efficient components so popular with buyers. Project owners who identify costly areas of financial or safety exposure can realize savings opportunities that put real dollars back into their project budgets and the long-term cash flow of the project.
Join us for a panel discussion with industry experts to learn how you as a building owner, developer or GC can bring the sometimes competing elements of energy efficient, cost savings and risk mitigation together in one package.
