Dugway Proving Ground Change of Command

Dugway Proving Ground will host an official change of command ceremony Jul. 12, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the parade field in front of the headquarters, 5450 Doolittle Ave. Col. Sean G. Kirschner will relinquish the command to Col. Brant D. Hoskins.
