Guarding The Civil Liberties and Freedoms For All American People

The Governor will be conducting the signing ceremony on April 17th. The Chief Sponsor was Senator Brian E. Shiozawa.  Representative Patrice Arent was the House Sponsor.  In addition, many distinguished members supported the measure as co-sponsors.  A copy will be sent to President of the United States, the Majority Leader, the Speaker and members of our congressional delegation in DC.  This resolution is an expression of our values as a community, our heritage and history as a state, and our commitments as a country.
