   Certified Business Analyst

Rafael R. Chacon is a tax practitioner and CBA (Certified Business Analyst) with over 30 years of experience and technical knowledge in all business and tax matters.

Rafael is certified in 13 business courses with the Small Business Administration.  He graduated from UCLA with a MBA in June of 1976.  Rafael is a Utah approved instructor and authorized IRA Tax Practitioner.  He is fluent in Spanish, excel, word, and is proficient in accounting, payroll, tax law and organizational skills.
