March’s Newsmaker will be Thom Carter, the Executive Director of the Utah Clean Air Initiative (UCAIR), who will discuss the issue of air quality, current initiatives underway, possible solutions (ex. successful public/private partnerships etc), and long-term impacts for the state if nothing is done.
The event will be held in the Ivory Ballroom of the Thomas S. Monson Center and moderated by Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute Director Natalie Gochnour. A light breakfast will be served. Media are invited to attend.
