Tim served in the Marine Corps for 5 years as aviation mechanic on C130s. During his time he earned the rank of Sargent. After his enlistment, Tim earned a Master’s degree from the University of Utah in Sports Medicine. During his Master’s degree Tim started his first business which lead to working in on-line marketing for three years. At this time Tim went back to school to earn an MBA and worked in start-up consulting for over 100 start-up companies while also running a seed fund granting over $300,000 to over 100 companies. Upon graduation Tim started his second company raising money to manage a team of five. Tim current manages a business incubator where he consults, mentors and advises over 80 companies trying to help them grow from a soloentrepreneur to gaining their first employees.
