Matthew Podolinsky is the Utah Program Coordinator for the National Forest Foundation. His work involves partnering with the five Utah National Forests (Ashley, Dixie, Fishlake, Manti-La Sal, and Uinta-Wasatch-Cache).
The National Forest Foundation is the congressionally chartered non-profit for the U.S. Forest Service. We are a national non-profit but have a local impact. Our work includes but is not limited to forest restoration, wildfire risk mitigation, recreation projects, watershed restoration, tree planting, and community engagement.
Our mission is to work on behalf of the American public to inspire personal and meaningful connections to our National Forests, the centerpiece of America’s public lands.
