This session teaches some basics of positive psychology. What is it? What is it not? And does it apply on the days when we just don't feel like smiling?\n\n\n\nElizabeth McMillan presented on this topic at the Salt Lake Chamber and Women's Business Center of Utah's Women & Business Conference and ATHENA Awards Luncheon\, where she was so well-received that we invited her to speak for us\, too.
