We will be introducing TOC guided processes & tools to be more successful\n\n\n\nOur guest speaker this month is Dr. Yishai Ashlag\, Senior Partner at Goldratt Consulting and author of TOC Thinking (2014) and Stop Decorating the Fish (2018\, with Kristen Cox). Yishai has worked over 20 years as an adviser\, consulting government agencies\, policy makers\, investors\, and businesses in various sectors such as automotive\, consumer goods\, agribusiness\, healthcare\, finance and retail. He worked closely with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt\, the developer of TOC. He earned his PhD in economics from bar Illan University in Israel.\n\n\n\nYishai is credited with spearheading the TOC Process for Business Innovation\, and has personally guided teams in public and private sector\, new startups and mature organizations alike\, to use the TOC for Business Innovation process for stimulating good ideas\, evaluating their merit\, and structuring the right business model to turn the idea into a growing\, profitable business.
