At this time Tim went back to school to earn an MBA and worked in start-up consulting for over 100 start-up companies while also running a seed fund granting over $300\,000 to over 100 companies. Upon graduation Tim started his second company raising money to manage a team of five. Tim current manages a business incubator where he consults\, mentors and advises over 80 companies trying to help them grow from a soloentrepreneur to gaining their first employees.
