Is letting go of control over all things really an essential part of delegation?
Come enjoy continental breakfast while you listen to a panel of women business owners as they share how effective delegation allowed them to invest more time in working on growing their business instead of being busy with daily tasks that can be handed off to capable and trusted staff.
This event is hosted by the Salt lake Chamber and it is a collaboration between the Women's Business Center and the Utah Women's Networking Group and it created to Celebrate Small Business week.
About the Panelists:
Carrie Kelsch - A+ Garage Doors
Carrie Kelsch is a serial entrepreneur. Born and raised in Utah, she started her first company at age nineteen. After perusing a career in real estate as a mortgage broker and investor she opened her second company and has built that list to over eight, including award winning A Plus Garage Doors; Utah’s largest and fastest growing garage door service company. With conviction, vision, and a great team Carrie built these companies from the ground up; creating lasting growth, strategies and presence in all of her businesses.
Carrie lives in Herriman, Utah and has been married for 11 years; she has four children, three boys and one daughter. One of her goals twelve years ago was to create a company that her children could work for once they became of age. One of them currently work for A Plus Garage Doors.

If you are driving, park in the west side of the parking lot on the corner with 400 South and State Street. When you arrive, proceed to the left/west (monthly and validated parking) area and take a ticket and pass through the yellow parking gate. We will provide validations upstairs at the front desk.
Please do not enter on the right/east side and park in the two rows closest to the building or you will have to pay in advance and we will not be able to validate your parking.
Please note that we are not able to guarantee parking for everyone in our lot.
We encourage you to take Traxs and help keep our air clean. Please use the Library Square stop on the red line to arrive at the Salt Lake Chamber offices.
