Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate

In 42 hours of training, spread over two 3-day modules (March 12-14 Module I, and April 2-4 Module II), participants will be provided with a general overview of Six Sigma methodology and enhance their technical problem solving skills. Participants will take away strategies to help successfully deploy Six Sigma techniques and lead small scale improvement projects within their company. Students are directed in efforts to complete a process improvement project designed to save money and time.
