University of Utah Professional Education PROED 308 Organizational Training and Development Ensure that your people have the knowledge and skills needed to perform their job responsibilities. We will examine how to design a process that: ensures employee competence, confidence and performance ownership; assesses performance problems tied to knowledge and skill gaps; addresses the core issues rather than symptoms; and designs a variety of competency interventions. You will also learn how to best tap into internal and external resources to provide a holistic training program.
