Utah is home to a number of historic trails which pass through our exquisite natural wild lands. These trails are in need of consistent maintenance to keep them accessible to the public. Volunteers are needed to help dig, chop, haul, and prune in a general effort to improve the trails. This project will involve hiking long distances, possibly in hot and inclement weather. Volunteers must bring water, sunscreen, bug spray, food, work boots and pants. All other necessary equipment will be provided by the trail crew. Those interested in volunteering for this project should contact to Savannah Wake at savannah.wake@slcgov.com or 801-535-6202. This event does not have a scheduled date. It will take place on a weekday.
