Manager, Events

WHO WE ARE

World Trade Center Utah (WTC Utah) is a private, nonprofit organization that accelerates growth for Utah companies through our global network, programs, and services. We help Utah businesses pursue opportunities around the world, build international relationships, develop global growth strategies, and execute those strategies to grow their reach.

Our events play a central role in advancing that mission. From diplomatic engagements and educational programs to thought-leadership events and virtual briefings, WTC Utah convenes business leaders, policymakers, diplomats, and community partners to strengthen Utah’s global connections.

Depending on the selected candidate’s experience, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and ability to independently manage complex programs and stakeholder relationships, this position may be classified as either Manager or Coordinator.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

WTC Utah is seeking an events manager to independently manage our year-round portfolio of approximately [60] recurring events. This position works cross-functionally across the organization to support event recruitment, communications, and execution.
